1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”):

• “Zushii” / “Company” / “We” / “Us” refers to the brand Zushii, operating via the official website www.zushii.co.
• “Customer” / “You” / “Participant” refers to any individual who makes a purchase from the website during the Offer Period.
• “Promotion” / “Offer” refers to the “Shop & Pray” promotional campaign.
• “Offer Period” refers to purchases made between 15 December 2025 (00:00 IST) and 6 February 2026 (23:59 IST).
• “Event” refers strictly to the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final Match.
• “Winning Condition” means the Indian Men’s National Cricket Team officially winning the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final, as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• “Refund” refers to a refund of 100% of the invoice value excluding GST, subject to full compliance with these T&C.
• “Special Refund Page” refers to the dedicated page created on www.zushii.co for submission of refund details.

2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

2.1 Under this Promotion, eligible customers may receive a 100% refund of the invoice value (excluding GST) only if the Indian Men’s Cricket Team wins the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final.

2.2 This Promotion is a conditional, limited-period marketing campaign and not a guaranteed cashback, lottery, betting scheme, gambling activity, or investment.

2.3 Participation in this Promotion is voluntary and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The Promotion is valid only for purchases made on www.zushii.co during the Offer Period.

3.2 The Promotion is open only to Indian residents aged 18 years or above.

3.3 The following are strictly excluded:

• Corporate purchases
• Bulk or wholesale orders
• Reseller purchases
• Employee, influencer, affiliate, barter, or complimentary orders

3.4 Each invoice shall be treated as one independent entry. Multiple invoices require separate compliance.

4. EXCLUDED PRODUCTS & ORDERS

4.1 Zushii reserves the sole and absolute right to exclude:

• Gift cards or vouchers
• Custom-made or altered products
• Made-to-order products
• Discounted clearance items
• Free or complimentary items
• Orders placed using unauthorized or unpublished discount codes

4.2 Any order that is cancelled, returned, refunded, chargebacked, or disputed (before or after the Event) shall be automatically disqualified.

5. WINNING CONDITION – FINAL & BINDING

5.1 Refund eligibility shall arise only if:

• India solely wins the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final, and
• The result is officially declared by the ICC.

5.2 Match abandonment, no-result, shared trophy, revised outcomes, super-overs, disqualifications, or post-match disputes shall be governed strictly by the ICC’s final declaration.

5.3 Zushii’s interpretation of the ICC’s declaration shall be final and binding.

6. REFUND VALUE & TAX TREATMENT

6.1 The refund shall be limited to:

• 100% of the product invoice value
• GST is non-refundable

6.2 No interest, compensation, damages, or goodwill payments shall be payable.

6.3 Refunds shall be processed only in Indian Rupees (INR).

7. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS (MANDATORY)

7.1 Eligible customers must submit refund details only via the Special Refund Page on www.zushii.co.

7.2 Submission Window:

• Opens after the Final Match
• Closes at 11:59 PM IST on 15 February 2026
  (Includes Sundays and public holidays)

7.3 No submissions will be accepted after this deadline under any circumstances.

7.4 Mandatory details required:

• Valid Invoice Number
• Order ID
• Full Name (as per bank records)
• Bank Account Holder Name
• Bank Name
• Account Number & UPI ID
• IFSC Code
• Registered Email ID
• Registered Mobile Number

7.5 Incorrect, incomplete, mismatched, misleading, or fraudulent details shall result in automatic disqualification, with no further communication or correction permitted.

7.6 Zushii reserves the right to verify all submitted details before processing any refund.

8. REFUND TIMELINE

8.1 Eligible refunds shall be processed within 60–90 working days from successful verification.

8.2 Delays due to banking issues, verification checks, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events shall not make Zushii liable for interest or compensation.

9. MODE OF REFUND

9.1 Refunds shall be processed only via bank transfer or UPI.

9.2 No refunds shall be issued via cash, cheque, wallet, store credit, or coupons.

9.3 Refunds shall be made only to the original purchaser.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Zushii shall not be responsible for:

• Technical or website issues
• Payment gateway failures
• Incorrect customer submissions
• Banking or UPI failures
• ICC delays or changes

10.2 Zushii’s maximum liability shall not exceed the refund amount stated under this Promotion.

11. NO TRANSFER / NO COMBINATION

11.1 This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or scheme unless explicitly stated.

12. PROMOTION MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

12.1 Zushii reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

12.2 Updates shall be published on www.zushii.co and shall be effective immediately.

13. FRAUD & MISUSE

13.1 Any attempt to manipulate or misuse this Promotion may result in:

• Immediate disqualification
• Order cancellation
• Refund forfeiture
• Legal action, if applicable

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

14.1 These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India.

14.2 Courts in Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
