Cancellation Policy
To request a cancellation, please contact us at zushiicustomercare@gmail.com. We are happy to assist with cancellations for orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse or shipped. This means you can cancel your order as long as its status remains "unfulfilled."
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it enters our fulfillment pipeline, and we are unable to stop or reverse the process. We kindly ask for your understanding, as at this stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
