“Shop & Pray” is a limited-time promotional campaign by Zushii, where eligible customers may receive a 100% refund of the product invoice value (excluding GST) if the Indian Men’s Cricket Team wins the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final, subject to strict compliance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
Is this a guaranteed cashback or assured refund?
No.
This is a conditional promotional offer, not a guaranteed cashback, lottery, betting scheme, or investment.
Refund eligibility arises only if the specified winning condition is met and all Terms & Conditions are fully complied with.
What is the offer period?
The offer is valid only for purchases made on www.zushii.co between:
15 December 2025 (00:00 IST)
6 February 2026 (23:59 IST)
Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
Which event decides the refund eligibility?
Refund eligibility depends solely and exclusively on the outcome of the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final Match, as officially declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
What happens if India wins the final?
If India solely officially wins the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Final, eligible customers who comply with all requirements may receive a 100% refund of the product invoice value (excluding GST).
What happens if India does not win?
If India solely does not win the final, no refund shall be applicable, and all purchases shall remain final with no claims under this Promotion.
How much refund will I receive?
You will receive:
100% of the product invoice value only
The following are strictly excluded and non-refundable:

Any other taxes or ancillary charges

The Promotion is open only to:
Indian residents

Who is NOT eligible?
The following are not eligible:
Corporate or bulk buyers
Resellers or wholesalers
Employees, affiliates, influencers, or partners of Zushii
Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes
Gift cards, vouchers, or complimentary items
Cancelled, returned, disputed, or chargeback orders
Do returned or exchanged orders qualify?
No.
Any order that is returned, cancelled, refunded, or disputed at any stage shall be automatically disqualified from the Promotion.
How do I apply for the refund if India wins?
Eligible customers must submit refund details only through the Special Refund Page on www.zushii.co.
Refund requests via email, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, or DMs will not be accepted.
What is the deadline to submit refund details?
Refund details must be submitted on or before 15 February 2026, 11:59 PM IST.

Includes Sundays and public holidays
Is final and non-extendable
No requests will be accepted after this deadline under any circumstances.
What details are required to claim the refund?
You must provide accurate and complete details, including:
Invoice Number
Order ID
Full Name (as per bank records)
Bank Account Holder Name
Bank Name
Account Number & Upi id
IFSC Code
Registered Email ID
Registered Mobile Number
Incorrect or incomplete details will result in rejection without notice.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be processed within 60 days from the date of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 Final.
Zushii is not responsible for delays caused by banks, incorrect details, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
Will I receive interest or compensation for delays?
No.
Refunds are limited strictly to the eligible invoice value (excluding GST).
No interest, compensation, damages, or goodwill payments shall be payable.
Can I claim the refund in any other mode?
No.
Refunds will be processed only via bank transfer in INR to the bank account provided on the Special Refund Page.
What if I enter wrong bank details?
Zushii will not be responsible for failed or delayed refund
